A digital home for a career spent resolving conflict
Daniel Griffith has spent 30 years helping people navigate conflict. We built a website that finally matches the depth of his practice — clear positioning, warm design, and a platform ready for his book, Everyday Mediator.

Daniel Griffith is a conflict resolution specialist, attorney, registered civil mediator, and educator based in Indianapolis. Over a 30-year career, he has worked with more than 15,000 people across hundreds of organizations — mediating workplace disputes, training HR professionals and managers, and teaching negotiation and alternative dispute resolution at Indiana University’s O’Neill School of Public and Environmental Affairs and the McKinney School of Law. He also served as director of Conflict Resolution and Dialogue Programs at IU Indianapolis and as president of the Indiana Association of Mediators.
That depth of experience deserved a digital presence to match. But like many experts whose careers were built on referrals, classrooms, and reputation, Daniel’s work lived mostly in person. As he prepared to publish his book, Everyday Mediator: Seven Practices for Navigating Conflict, he needed a website that could introduce him to new audiences, explain what he offers, and turn interest into inquiries.
Daniel’s work spans conflict resolution keynotes, workplace mediation training, intensive skills-development workshops, and strategic organizational consulting — for executive teams, HR departments, healthcare organizations, educational institutions, and nonprofits alike. That range is a strength, but it can also confuse a first-time visitor. We worked with Daniel to organize his services into a clear, intuitive structure, so every kind of visitor — a conference planner, an HR director, a school administrator — can immediately find the offering meant for them.
The messaging centers on a simple, powerful idea: conflict is universal, and the difference between thriving teams and struggling ones is not the absence of disagreement — it is having the skills to navigate it constructively. From that foundation, the site speaks directly to the outcomes organizations care about: improved productivity and collaboration, fewer HR complaints, lower turnover, reduced legal risk, and stronger relationships at every level.
Mediation is about turning tension into connection, and the website needed to feel that way. We designed a warm, calm, professional experience — a deliberate departure from the stiff, corporate look typical of legal and consulting sites. Generous spacing, approachable typography, and human language make the practice feel accessible, while the structure and detail communicate the credibility a 30-year career has earned.
The timing mattered. With Everyday Mediator arriving in September 2025, the site needed to do double duty: serve Daniel’s training and consulting practice while giving the book a proper home. Our team also designed the book’s cover, so the visual identity carries seamlessly from the jacket to the website — one cohesive brand across every touchpoint a reader or client might encounter.
The result is a platform built for the long term: a site that introduces Daniel’s work with clarity and warmth, supports his speaking, training, and consulting pipeline, and gives his book — and his ideas — the audience they deserve.
