Do you dream of becoming an author, but don’t know where to start?

Or maybe you have a best-selling book idea on the tip of your tongue, but you’ve been struggling to get it down on paper?

You’re not alone!  There’s a lot that goes into writing, publishing, and positioning your book for success. Whether you want to write a book next month or next year, this course will teach you exactly what you need to know to give you clarity on how to move forward.

This course is right for you if:

  • You’ve thought about writing a non-fiction book but don’t know where to start
  • You have a few potential book ideas, but need clarity on which one is best
  • You’ve been putting your thoughts on paper without a real plan and you think you might be wasting your time

Here is a testimonial from aspiring author, John Roussot, on his experience working with Amelia Forczak to get help outlining his manuscript.

Process

While we offer a range of writing and editing services, we are uniquely positioned to help authors develop books from concept to fruition. When authors take the time and effort to write and publish a book, the finished product should yield maximum ROI. To do that, it’s essential to build the content in a way that sets authors up to meet their goals when the book is released. Pithy Wordsmithery has experience building content as a marketing piece, which is a crucial element for giving a book traction. In addition to selling copies, we work with authors to ensure their book is a tool for driving revenue through other products and services they provide.

The experience of writing a book is different for every author, which is why we tailor our approach to meet each person’s individual needs. Whether you have a lot of material written already or nothing on paper at all, we can work with whatever you have to expand and edit, as needed. Over the course of a project, we correspond with clients via phone, video chat, email, and typically a few times in person. Frequent communication is helpful for keeping the project on track and allowing us to get a feel for the author’s voice. To ensure a high level of quality, we recommend at least six months to write and edit standard business books, whether going through a traditional publishing house or self-publishing.
